The 1994 Canada-Ontario Agreement was signed by the federal Ministers of the Environment, Fisheries and Oceans, Health, and Agriculture and Agri-Food, and by the Ontario Ministers of Environment and Energy, Natural Resources, Health, and Agriculture, Food and Rural Development.
