Green Screens – Refugees of the Blue Planet
The National Film Board Mediatheque is pleased to announce a new screening series: Green Screens! Green Screens partners films from the National Film Board with experts and panellists from the Canadian Institute for Environmental Law and Policy.
The first screening features Refugees of the Blue Planet – winner Best Canadian Long Form Film – Planet in Focus Festival.
Following the film a discussion will take place between Lawson Hunter, journalist, writer and renewable energy supporter; Danny Harvey, professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Toronto and an expert on the impacts of climate change; and Mary Jo Leddy, director of Romero House for Refugees.
